**Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities through planning, assignment, and control of tasks to meet productivity and quality objectives. * Coordinate human, material, and technical resources ensuring their availability and proper utilization to maintain service efficiency. * Monitor area performance indicators through analysis and periodic reporting to detect deviations and implement corrective actions. * Manage internal and external communication of the area through meetings and reports to strengthen coordination with other departments and customers. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations through supervision and staff awareness. * Develop personnel under supervision through feedback, training, and coaching to strengthen competencies and promote professional growth. * Implement operational improvements based on process analysis to optimize resources and increase efficiency. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (Bachelor's degree desirable). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational and logistics supervision. * Knowledge of performance indicators, process control, and safety regulations. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
