




Job Summary: This role involves supervising security personnel, conducting inspections, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with clients and departments to ensure compliance with protocols and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise security personnel and manage the human team. 2. Conduct inspections and monitoring to identify risks. 3. Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities. Conduct inspections, patrols, and monitoring (including CCTV) to verify protocol effectiveness and detect risks. Respond to emergencies, make quick decisions, report incidents, and coordinate with authorities when necessary. Serve as liaison with clients, supervisors, and staff, maintaining constant communication and listening to suggestions. Complete logs, incident reports, and emails regarding activities and events. Coordinate with other departments and address client requests, ensuring high-quality service. Ensure the team knows and applies the service-specific security protocols.
