Investigation of incidents together with the coordinator **EXPERIENCE** * CCTV monitoring knowledge * Personnel coordination * Asset security protocols * Minimum 3 years as Shift Supervisor required RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES * Monitor attendance and presence of personnel under supervision and report absences to the Asset Security Coordinator. * Cover security posts when personnel are absent. * Provide feedback to security guards regarding applicable protocols. * Conduct periodic rounds through work areas to verify activities and report performance deficiencies of personnel under supervision. * Submit activity reports to the Asset Security Coordinator. * Communicate necessary information to security guards to ensure adherence to required protocols in their duties. * Jointly conduct incident investigations within the company with the Asset Security Coordinator. * Ensure reports submitted by supervised personnel are up to date. * Supervise security guards’ compliance with security standards and procedures.
