The Production Supervisor is responsible for technical and frontline operators within the team. **WHAT WOULD YOU DO?** * Set the pace for the factory * Understand operations and processes * Safety and Quality routines leader * Responsible for executing the Autonomous Maintenance program * Lead operational meetings * Committed to training and developing team members * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes * Prevent equipment maintenance issues * Responsible for delivering production plans 24/7 * Lead projects focused on improving operational processes * Interpret technical diagnostics, identify key problems and risks in processes * Understand the factory’s financial situation and apply Continuous Improvement methodologies and PI processes to counteract losses and eliminate waste * Lead project work to support factory initiatives * Provide a common standard of communication and engagement across the factory * Work closely with central factory functions, including Manufacturing, HR, Quality, and SHE **WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?** Strong end-to-end knowledge of the manufacturing process. Problem-solving, coaching, and innovation skills.
