We are seeking a Service Engineer for KUKA to provide technical support, perform maintenance and training, promote sales and services, and travel as required.

**At KUKA, we seek a Service Engineer**
* Provides technical assistance to KUKA customers and internal staff for resolving and repairing electrical, mechanical, and programming issues related to KUKA equipment.
* Completes Field Service Reports (prior to leaving the customer’s facility) with an accurate description of the reported issue, identifying the solution and/or a complete list of all components and installed equipment. Obtains the customer contact’s signature, date, and name (identified or authorized), and provides a copy to the customer.
* Establishes technical support relationships with customers. Channels sales opportunities to the relevant department.
* Works with the Service Manager and/or corresponding supervisor(s) to identify necessary technical training to continuously improve skills and knowledge of KUKA products and applications.
* Performs preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on KUKA equipment.
* Creates a full backup of all software—including programming and configuration changes made during the customer visit—provides a copy to the customer upon departure, and retains a second copy in KUKA’s service files.
* Provides on-the-job (OJT) training, instruction, and mentoring for upcoming field service technicians.
* Assists internally at KUKA in identifying replacement parts, shipping, and receiving equipment when necessary, following specific guidelines, safety requirements, and ensuring timely, complete, and accurate deliveries.
* Supports the company internally, end users, and system integrator training as needed.
* Actively participates in promoting and selling spare parts and services whenever possible.
* Travels frequently to customer sites for general business duties—both domestic and international.
* Must understand and comply with safety regulations, and identify and report any safety issues observed at KUKA, customer facilities, and/or integration sites.
* Adapts to quality management systems and participates in continuous improvement.
**Required Knowledge:** KUKA robot programming; ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, electronic diagrams, drawings, and other technical documentation; fundamentals of customer service.
**Mandatory Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Programmer, Customer Service Engineer, or related role.
**Software Proficiency:** Office, PLC, Robotics Software.
**Age Range:** 23 to 50 years old.
**Willingness to Travel:** Yes **How Frequently?** At least twice per week
**Education Level:** Engineering degree
**Specific Majors:** Mechatronics, Industrial Robotics, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
**Languages:** English preferred — 80% proficiency required for communication with US and Germany teams.
**Working Hours:** Day shift, Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a 60-minute lunch break.

Salary: $26,000.00 MXN per month
