





**Trinity Rail de Mexico** Is seeking **Senior Engineering Process Analyst** **Primary Purpose**: Provide support to manufacturing operations. Support the manufacturing process by establishing production standards and work programs focused on continuous improvement. **General Responsibilities** * Establish work procedures (process mapping and process sheets) for operations involved in manufacturing the company’s various products. Perform line balancing, production route layouts, and establish operational cycles. * Monitor daily labor hours to identify potential issues in areas. * Implement continuous improvements to safety and quality standards across all manufacturing methods. * Establish estimated time durations for each process. * Determine production standards using the MOST system. Review variations in labor hours by code and work center. * Graph performance standards and variances for monthly presentations. * Work in cross-functional teams to reduce labor costs, improve quality, and promote safety. * Directly engage with frontline workers and supervisors to resolve manufacturing and production issues. * Collaborate with plant management and the union to resolve disputes regarding work standards and performance levels. * Suggest and implement ideas to reduce costs, simplify processes, and enhance efficiency in the manufacturing area. * Develop and implement tooling used on production lines to improve product quality and worker safety. * Actively participate in at least one Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) committee under the SHE management system. * Report, and where possible correct and/or eliminate, hazards identified during the course of work. * Complete assigned training related to safety, health, and environment. * Conduct safety observations of surrounding personnel and provide feedback on unsafe behaviors through the STOP program. * Participate in daily and monthly SQDCE meetings and GEMBA Walks, resolving issues and providing required support to plants to achieve SQDCE KPI targets per the current procedure. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. **Experience:** 1–2 years defining production standards, line balancing, layout planning, material supply, analyzing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and optimizing human resources, materials, supplies, equipment, and machinery; knowledge of DFT strategy, Kanban, and ISO 9000. **Languages:** Advanced English. **Competencies:** * Functional Knowledge: Requires broad conceptual and process/practice knowledge within one’s own discipline. * Business Experience: Understands key business drivers; applies knowledge within one’s own work. * Leadership: Has no formal supervisory responsibilities; however, provides informal guidance to new team members. * Problem Solving: Resolves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and evaluates each using technical experience, judgment, and precedent. * Impact: Affects the quality of one’s own work and that of others on the team; works within established procedures and policies. **Interpersonal Skills:** Explains complex information to others in simple situations. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in operating systems, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and BPCS is desirable. **Trinity Rail de Mexico** Is seeking **Senior Engineering Process Analyst** **Primary Purpose**: Provide support to manufacturing operations.
