Key Responsibilities Management of shift-based security personnel and incident response for the regions of San Luis Potosí, Ciudad Valles, Zacatecas, and Ciudad Victoria. Implementation of security protocols and logbooks. Coordination with clients and internal departments. Supervision of patrols, access control, and daily reporting. Ensuring standards of discipline, punctuality, and professional appearance among staff. (Will supervise 8 personnel) Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a security supervisor. Experience managing work teams. Flexible availability for scheduling. Basic proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, report generation, photography). Firm, decisive, and results-oriented attitude.
