Position Summary: The Security Leader assigns roles, controls access, prevents incidents, reports events, provides emergency assistance, and manages compliance with security regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel and ensure compliance with security protocols. 2. Operate CCTV systems and handle emergency situations. 3. Assess situations and identify potential threats. Security Leader What You’ll Do: * Assign specific roles and tasks to security personnel. * Maintain strict control over external personnel access to the facility. * Prevent theft, vandalism, and violations of private property. * Report all incidents occurring during the shift. * Provide immediate assistance during emergencies and instruct direct reports. * Implement and manage compliance with OEA and C\-TPAT guidelines. What We Require: * Supervise assigned personnel. * Minimum education: Completed high school or equivalent. * Knowledge of OEA and C\-TPAT protocols. * Familiarity with and ability to operate CCTV systems. * Experience handling emergency situations. * Ability to assess various situations and identify potential threats.
