Security Leader ##### **What will you do?** * Assign specific roles and tasks to security personnel. * Maintain strict control over external individuals’ access to the interior of the property. * Prevent theft, vandalism, and violations of private property. * Report all incidents occurring during the work shift. * Provide immediate assistance in emergencies and issue instructions to direct reports. * Implement and manage compliance with OEA and C-TPAT guidelines. **Requirements:** * Manage assigned personnel. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school or high school. * Knowledge of OEA and C-TPAT protocols. * Knowledge of and experience operating CCTV systems. * Ability to handle emergency situations. * Capacity to assess various situations and identify potential threats. **What do we offer?** * Attractive compensation package. * Recognition awards, corporate events, family events, university discount options, and many other benefits. * Gender pay equity.
