Candidate tracking and screening A private security company is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience in private security to perform the following activities: * Posting operational job vacancies. * Field recruitment (flyer distribution, online posting, job fairs). * Competency-based interviews. * Candidate screening. * Candidate follow-up. * Execution of the recruitment and selection process. * Fingerprinting of staff.
