Provide security and protection to company associates within our facilities. Comply with and carry out instructions according to those established at each designated post throughout the facilities. Learn and properly execute established procedures. Know and comply with C\-TPAT procedures. Report incidents and conflicts that could risk company activities and policies to immediate supervisor. Attend to employees, visitors, and suppliers promptly, courteously, and respectfully. Other assignments as required. **Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards as defined in BD's quality and environmental manual, as regulated by the information technology system (I.T. Enterprise).** **EDUCATION:** Secondary Education. **EXPERIENCE:** Basic knowledge of private industrial security and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the position. **SKILLS:** Read, write, and speak correctly. Able to provide clear instructions, directions, and responses regarding security matters. Capable of writing activity reports with justification, accuracy, and common sense. Good customer service. Understand and appropriately exercise authority. Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
