Support in emergency protocols **SECURITY GUARD** **Job Objective:** Ensure the security of the fruit processing plant’s facilities, personnel, machinery, and finished products through constant surveillance, access control, and preventive patrols. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Conduct **periodic patrols** inside and outside the facilities (production areas, warehouses, courtyards, entrances, etc.). * Monitor compliance with safety regulations and report any anomalies. * Control the **access of staff, suppliers, and visitors**. * Record vehicle, cargo, and equipment entries and exits. * Detect risk situations such as thefts, fires, leaks, or unauthorized access. * Report incidents immediately to supervisor or management. * Verify that doors, windows, and access points are properly secured. * Support emergency protocols (evacuation, basic first aid, etc.). * Maintain surveillance logs and daily reports. * Supervise proper use of protective equipment in restricted areas (if applicable). **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed secondary school (minimum). **Experience:** * 1 year in a similar position (preferably in industry or warehouses). **Knowledge:** * Basic surveillance techniques. * Access control. * Logbook management. * Security and emergency protocols. **Skills and Competencies:** * Responsibility and reliability * Observation and attention to detail * Honesty * Ability to react promptly * Discipline * Effective communication * Working under pressure **Working Conditions:** * Extended shifts standing and moving (patrols). * Exposure to weather conditions (in outdoor areas). * Uniform and safety equipment required. **Performance Indicators:** * Completion of scheduled patrols * Timely detection and reporting of incidents * Proper access control * Compliance with safety procedures Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $9,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
