Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field. Good physical condition. Availability for rotating shifts and night work. Schedules: 12-hour shifts: For example, the first two days are day shifts (6:30 am to 6:30 pm), and the next two days are night shifts (6:30 pm to 6:30 am); then three consecutive days off before restarting the shift cycle.
