Job Summary: Control personnel and material access, supervise operations, prevent risks, and serve as the first point of contact for incidents within the facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and supervision of entries/exits. 2. Conducting patrols to prevent risks. 3. Supporting operational flow and verifying regulatory compliance. Control access for personnel, visitors, and vehicles; supervise entry and exit of materials and goods; conduct patrols to prevent risks; support transportation and fruit receipt operational flow; verify use of PPE and compliance with regulations; assist during emergencies; prepare logs and reports; and serve as the first point of contact for incidents or conflicts within the facility.
