Excellent attitude and communication with customers The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment, maintaining professionalism with an excellent appearance, friendly treatment, and attention to detail, demonstrating excellent attitude and communication with our customers while safeguarding store assets. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers cordially, ensuring orderly entry and exit. * Actively monitor to detect and deter suspicious or loitering behavior, always acting discreetly and in strict adherence to protocols. * Conduct regular patrols to maintain order and security. * Assist customers as needed and serve as a support point for store staff. * Respond quickly, calmly, and assertively to any incident, filing the appropriate reports. **Requirements:** * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability to work on a 12x12-hour schedule. * Assertive communication, emotional control, kindness, and firmness. * Minimum 6 months of experience in private security, loss prevention (retail/boutiques), or related customer service positions. * Minimum education: Junior high school (senior high school preferred). * Certificate of no criminal record. * Psychological assessment required. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary: $10,000 * Full statutory benefits. * Performance bonus. * Job stability.
