The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment, maintaining a professional appearance and excellent image, providing courteous treatment and attention to detail, and demonstrating outstanding attitude and communication skills with our customers while protecting store assets. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously and ensure orderly entry and exit. * Actively supervise to detect and deter suspicious behavior or shoplifting, always acting with discretion and strict adherence to protocols. * Conduct regular patrols to maintain order and security. * Assist customers upon request and serve as a support point for store staff. * Respond promptly, calmly, and assertively to any incident, filing the appropriate reports. **Requirements:** * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability to work on a 12-hour-on/12-hour-off schedule. * Assertive communication, emotional control, friendliness, and firmness. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in private security, loss prevention (retail/boutiques), or related customer service positions. * Minimum education level: Junior high school (high school diploma preferred). * Certificate of no criminal record. * Psychological evaluation required. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary: $10,000 * Full statutory benefits. * Performance-based bonus. * Job stability.
