Key Responsibilities \- Active Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols throughout facilities, hallways, common areas, and parking lots. \- Access Control: Monitor the entry and exit of staff, vendors, and visitors in accordance with internal protocols. \- Guest Service: Provide courteous assistance and guidance to customers while consistently upholding hospitality standards. \- Risk Prevention: Monitor CCTV systems, fire detection systems, and promptly report any anomalies or unsafe conditions. \- Incident Management: Act as the first responder during emergency situations, maintaining composure and following established procedures. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in private security, preferably in hotels, shopping centers, or customer-service-oriented environments. Availability: Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends and holidays.
