**Safety and Hygiene Supervisor**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
* · Experience in Safety and Hygiene in Construction
* · No age restrictions
* · No gender restrictions
* · Minimum 1 year of construction safety experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
**KNOWLEDGE IN**:
* Local, State, and Federal Legislation (NOM\-031\-STPS\-2011\), Civil Protection, Emergency Brigades, CSH, INVEA, IMSS
* Environmental Legislation: SEMARNAT, SEDEMA, Urban Waste Management, Hazardous Waste Management.
* Risk Analysis Methodology FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Incident and Accident Investigation
· **RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Comply with current Occupational Health and Safety policies.
* Implement Health and Safety plans and programs.
* Develop standards and procedures for the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Review and update the action plan for deviations and non-compliances, and implement recommendations regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
* Implement, maintain, and participate in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
* Implement, maintain, and participate in the development of risk maps and evacuation plans.
* Review and update the PPE matrix, and follow up on observations related to emergency equipment.
* Advise on and conduct investigations of occupational incidents and accidents, determine their causes, and recommend corrective measures.
* Prepare statistics on occupational accidents and incidents, as well as indicators implemented in the project.
* Integrate contractors performing activities within the facility into the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Disseminate and enforce current occupational safety and health regulations.
* Conduct safety and health inspections, monitoring, and controls according to the established program.
* Ensure compliance with established occupational safety and health policies and regulations.
* Verify investigation results conducted by contractors from responsible departments regarding all occupational incidents and accidents.
* Continuously verify that contractors, suppliers, and third parties comply with current occupational safety and health legal provisions.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health legislation within their areas of responsibility.
* Ensure personnel are qualified and trained to respond to emergencies (drills) and operate emergency response systems and equipment (equipment and brigades).
* Inspect and verify safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, hoses, first-aid kits, etc.) in the facility to ensure they are in good condition.
* Implement and maintain updated and controlled all documents, procedures, and records required by law regarding occupational safety and health.

**WE OFFER:**
* Negotiable net salary of $20,000
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs
* Saturday: 08:00–13:00 hrs
Salary: $20,000.00 per month
