Job Summary: Sarugc is seeking a committed Construction Resident to lead teams, supervise daily operations, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Sarugc is seeking an entry-level, committed Construction Resident to ensure our projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will lead teams, supervise daily site operations, and serve as the liaison between field staff and management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Resolve on-site issues and make necessary adjustments. * Report construction progress and issues to management. * Issue purchase requisitions * Budget control * Develop scopes of work and pricing for out-of-contract activities * Reconcile and update supplier account statements * Monitor and control project material consumption **Requirements:** * Recent graduate or no more than one year of experience * In-depth knowledge of safe construction practices and local regulations. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to project changes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Organized, responsible, and numerically proficient **Schedule:** * 100% on-site * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM * Saturday, 8 AM to 1:30 PM / 1-hour lunch break Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per week Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance License/Certification: * Civil engineering and/or architecture degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
