We seek to integrate top talent; the position we are offering is: Personnel Administration Analyst in Álvaro Obregón, CDMX We are offering $12,000 net + $1,000 food vouchers Additionally: Statutory benefits from day one Vacation bonus: 25% Employee discounts (gyms, medical laboratories, etc.) Life insurance Free uniforms Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources 2 years of experience in personnel administration and offboarding Basic accounting knowledge Knowledge of employee separations and the Federal Labor Law Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Responsibilities: Implementation of the Federal Labor Law and other applicable labor regulations. Participation in labor audits or inspections. Coordination of voluntary resignations or contract terminations. Calculation and review of severance payments and settlements. Recovery of equipment and institutional documentation. Creation, updating, and safeguarding of physical or digital files. Verification of compliance with mandatory documentation requirements.
