




Job Summary: You will provide essential support in recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, as well as delivering appropriate service to staff. Focus on organization, communication, and confidentiality Provide support for Human Resources processes in the RECRUITMENT area, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and appropriate service to staff. The primary function is to support recruitment and hiring activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Support **mass recruitment and selection** of operational staff. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date **personnel files**. * Assist in signing **employment contracts**, as required. * Support **field recruitment** of operational staff. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (completed). * Minimum 2 years’ experience in mass and field recruitment (preferably in private security companies). * Mass recruitment * Competency-based interviews Basic knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Skills: organization, communication, confidentiality, and service orientation **Key Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment * Learning ability * Proactivity * Attention to detail **We Offer** * Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
