**Experience**
* Experience performing inspections, measurements, and testing of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components.
* Hands\-on experience verifying material conformance to specifications and interpreting company and industry standards.
* Background in supporting quality processes through data collection, statistical analysis, and report preparation.
* Experience assisting with process improvements, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
* Familiarity with reviewing inspection/test reports and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
* Exposure to creating and maintaining inspection plans, logs, and documentation.
* Experience communicating quality data to production teams and management.
Experience and requirements
**Qualifications**
* Technical diploma or equivalent experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
* Working knowledge of quality tools and basic statistical analysis methods.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and documentation.
* Proficiency in data entry, report generation, and use of productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* Ability to follow established procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
* Problem‑solving mindset and ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new inspection techniques, equipment, and processes.
**Level Differentiation**
* **Quality Technician I:** Works on problems of limited scope; follows standard procedures; requires supervision.
* **Quality Technician II:** Handles moderate\-scope problems using judgment within defined procedures; interacts with internal/external teams.
* **Quality Technician III:** Works on diverse, more complex issues; evaluates identifiable factors; selects methods and solutions independently.
