Description
**Position Objective**
Ensure that products meet established quality standards prior to release through inspection, verification, and control of physical and functional characteristics, guaranteeing deliveries in optimal condition.
**Essential Requirements**
**Mandatory experience in quality coordination or supervision**
* Age: **28 to 45 years**
* Education: **Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field**
* Experience: **2 to 3 years** in **Logistics Quality or Operational Quality**
* **Knowledge of telecommunications** (desirable)
* Intermediate English (desirable)
**Technical Knowledge**
* Quality management systems (**ISO 9001 or others**)
* Internal and external audits
* **KPI** metrics
* Continuous improvement tools
* Non-conformance management
* Applicable regulations
* Personnel management, training, and development
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise quality personnel (team leaders, supervisors, and assistants).
* Ensure departmental KPI compliance and report results to General Management.
* Implement continuous improvement plans in coordination with other departments.
* Validate reports, product releases, rejections, and rework.
* Manage and develop the quality team (evaluations, training, and performance).
* Authorize operational adjustments and propose process improvements.
* Maintain area order, cleanliness, and standard compliance.
