The main objective is to guarantee that product release occurs only after planned quality checks have been successfully completed, recording and reporting any deviations found to Management and Quality Supervision. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Technical degree, Engineering or Bachelor's degree preferred, completed. * **Experience:** Preferably **6 months performing material inspections on production lines** or raw materials in the manufacturing sector. Key Functions and Responsibilities The Quality Auditor will have responsibilities across various areas of the plant: General Functions * **Non-conformance Management:** Notify the Quality Supervisor when product or raw material does not meet technical specifications. Perform rejections of Production Orders in SAP system. * **Traceability:** Manage and maintain updated verification records to ensure traceability and reliability of results. * **Inspections and Safety:** Conduct regular walkthroughs on production lines, validating technical specifications and reporting any abnormalities. * **Measuring Equipment:** Maintain measuring instruments under their responsibility in optimal condition, ensuring their validity and reliability. Area Specialization * **Tinplate Cutting:** Verify that the tinplate coil shows no anomalies (corrosion, dents) and ensure compliance with **gauge specifications** according to blueprint. * **Ovens and Lithography:** **Measure and validate ink and varnish coating weights directly at the oven exit**. Verify baking time and finish properties (adhesion, friction). * **Assembly Lines:** **Verify functional tests** of cylinder forming machine and multipurpose machine. **Ensure no leaks** through random sealing tests. * **Raw Materials:** **Ensure new suppliers and materials do not affect quality**. Approve that raw materials meet specifications and communicate rejections via **SAP \- AO DOCS**. * **Finished Product:** Ensure conformity of finished products before customer shipment, performing tests such as **lid/bottom closure** and plug insertion. * **CNC / Dies:** Participate in the manufacturing process of parts to **validate tolerance compliance** and issue the **Certification Report** supporting part conformity with mechanical drawings.
