Opportunity for learning and professional development An industrial maintenance service company is looking for a **PROJECT COORDINATOR** to join our team. This position is critical for the proper planning, coordination, and execution of services within industrial plants, ensuring compliance with client requirements as well as safety and quality standards. We seek a candidate with a **Technical Superior University (TSU) degree or recent graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering**, capable of coordinating projects on-site and serving as the liaison between the client, operational staff, and company management. **Responsibilities** * Conduct visits to industrial plants to understand client requirements and gather technical project information. * Supervise and coordinate operational staff during project execution, ensuring progress and adherence to previously established delivery timelines. * Ensure timely supply of materials, tools, and equipment required for each project. * Verify compliance with safety requirements and documentation for operational staff entry into industrial plants (NSS, training, PPE, etc.). * Prepare progress reports and presentations for clients and company management. * Serve as the point of contact between key client departments and company management. **Required Profile** * Education: TSU in Industrial Maintenance or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: Not mandatory (*professional practice or industrial project experience is valued*). * Interest in fieldwork and interaction with industrial plants. * Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude and ability to coordinate work teams and interact with clients. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $14,000 MXN. * Financial benefit for use of personal vehicle. * Involvement in significant projects within the industrial sector. * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Working hours from Monday to Friday and half-day Saturday (with flexibility according to project operations). * Excellent working environment with opportunities for learning and professional development. **Requirements** * Personal vehicle is mandatory (financial benefit provided for vehicle usage). * Valid driver’s license. * Must reside in Querétaro City, Querétaro. * Availability to work in industrial parks.
