Job Description: A company dedicated to the manufacture of stretch film is seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in production and maintenance. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Technical or university education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, extrusion based on blueprints, knowledge of polymeric resins. * Technical knowledge in electromechanics. * Knowledge of extrusion machines. **APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE** **Responsibilities** Personnel Management: Assign tasks, train, and evaluate team performance. * Operations Control: Supervise production flow, adjust schedules, and ensure proper functioning of machinery. * Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and protocols (PPE). Planning: Coordinate resources, materials, and timelines to meet production plans. * Problem Solving: Respond promptly to equipment failures, interruptions, and operational issues. * Reporting: Communicate results and statistics, and maintain software aligned with daily production. **SHIFT ROLE** **2 DAY SHIFTS: 7 AM TO 7 PM** **2 NIGHT SHIFTS: 7 PM TO 7 AM** **2 DAYS OFF** **WEEKLY SALARY OF $5000 TO $6000 MEXICAN PESOS (NET).** Workplace: On-site employment
