Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff during the shift. * Ensure achievement of daily production targets and schedule. * Monitor productivity, delivery times, and line performance. * Verify finished product quality against specifications. * Supervise corrugating, printing, die-cutting, gluing, and packaging processes. * Reduce downtime, material loss, and waste. * Coordinate startup procedures, order changes, and operational adjustments. * Report machinery failures to the maintenance department. * Prepare production and incident reports. * Supervise workplace order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations. * Train staff and monitor performance. Requirements: * Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete/completed engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor. * Preferred experience in carton, packaging, or manufacturing companies. * Experience managing operational staff. * Knowledge of production processes and KPIs. * Leadership skills and results-oriented mindset. * Flexible working hours.
