Job Summary: Leads an operational team to ensure efficiency, safety, and high quality in manufacturing, meeting productivity targets and engineering/client requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Control sheet metal production processes **What You Need:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Engineering background. * Basic English. * Availability to work night shifts. **Knowledge in:** * Sheet metal production process systems. * Quality management system. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and welding symbols. * Welding/painting processes. * Applicable standards for the metal-mechanical industry. * Use of measuring instruments. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the operational team and ensure manufacturing operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards; schedule, direct, and control the process to meet productivity requirements and specifications defined by the engineering department and/or client. **Benefits:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Free uniforms.
