Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate production personnel, ensure compliance with production schedules, quality and safety standards, and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the metal-mechanical industry Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in the metal\-mechanical industry * Knowledge of and ability to interpret engineering drawings * Experience in supervising personnel * Ability to assign and track activities * Skill in delivering safety talks and/or shift start-up briefings (5 minutes) * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate production personnel * Ensure adherence to production schedules * Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards * Prepare daily progress reports for each project Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
