Restauradores No. 1001\-int\-2, Ciudad Industrial, 37490 León de los Aldama, Gto. ✅ **Benefits:** Statutory benefits \+ Savings fund * ️ **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Production Shift Supervisor responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing operations on production lines, ensuring timely execution of the daily production plan, adherence to quality standards, and personnel efficiency from the start of each shift. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily production line operations from shift startup (6:30 a.m.). * Ensure on-time and on-spec completion of the production plan. * Coordinate, lead, and manage operational staff under direct supervision. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the process. * Monitor and control material losses, downtime, and operational efficiency. * Manage production KPIs and implement shop-floor improvements. * Report deviations and resolve operational issues promptly. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Shift Supervisor or Production Manager. * Essential experience in the chemical, food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sectors. * Experience managing and leading operational staff. * Flexible availability (operations begin at 6:30 a.m.). * Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization and planning * Decision-making under pressure * Assertive communication * Problem solving
