P., Mexico Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As a Production Controller (P09\), you will play a key role in monitoring and auditing accurate production reporting, ensuring compliance with global financial standards and applicable local regulations; additionally, you will serve as an advanced system user, providing support to manufacturing plants at the San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. site. The impact you will have in this role: * Audit production reports in the system daily. * Provide advanced user support for SAP / 3M MES to end users. * Ensure the quality of information reported to production orders by identifying deviations and providing feedback to users. * Identify and implement opportunities for digitalizing manufacturing reporting and/or information flow. The skills and experience we seek To prepare you for success in this position from day one, 3M is seeking candidates who possess the following: * Required: High school diploma, technical degree / TSU. Preferred: Incomplete degree related to information systems. * Proficiency in computer usage. * Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing reporting (3M MES). * Committed to complying with the company’s global standards. * Responsible, team-oriented, self-confident, and interested in the work. * Availability to work a mixed shift schedule.
