Job Purpose Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for operational and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and current official regulations. Requirements **Academic Qualification: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Pedagogy (Diploma or certificate of graduation is mandatory).** Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience delivering training specifically within the **Private Security** sector. **\* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding and application of NOM\-035 (Psychosocial Risk Factors).** \* Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. \* Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite (Advanced computer skills). **Gender: Not specified.** Main Responsibilities \* Conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA). \* Delivering induction and continuous training courses for security guards and personnel. \* Monitoring quality protocols under ISO 9001\. \* Implementing strategies related to NOM\-035 to foster a favorable organizational environment. \* Administrative management of training records and regulatory compliance reporting.
