**Duties** * Provide induction, re-induction, and continuous training to security guards at the facility and on-site. * Evaluate the knowledge and performance of trained personnel. * Prepare reports. * Supervise and direct operations within the assigned zone (including planning coverage and defining roles for each service). * Maintain the quality of the assigned service through established procedures and directives. * Respond promptly to emergencies. * Control and/or minimize staff turnover within acceptable limits. **Requirements** * Knowledge of access control. * Personnel management skills. * Basic security knowledge (directives, contingency plans). * Experience in training or instructing operational staff. * Experience in private security. * Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours. 6 days per week, rotating rest days, daytime shift.
