Location: Naucalpan (Lomas Verdes) **Requirements** -------------- * Education: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree; minimum high school diploma * Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable and recent experience * Excellent service attitude * Supervision of 10–20 security personnel * Valid driver’s license * Availability for 24x24 / 12x12 shift schedules * Availability to work Monday through Sunday **Responsibilities** --------------- * Lead, organize, supervise, and develop the work team * Ensure proper execution of assigned duties, preparation of executive reports, security protocols, and guidelines * Supervise duties and instructions assigned to officers (guards) * Plan staffing needs for the next shift * Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies * Conduct physical security patrols * Investigate incidents * Review security logs * Take photographs and analyze video footage * Evaluate compliance with instructions * Conduct site visits following the assigned supervision route * Conduct interviews and/or meetings with clients to monitor requirements and ensure expectation fulfillment * Complete assigned forms: patrol route, attendance, overtime, equipment request and inventory * Report operational incidents related to staff shortages, absences, or service changes * Ensure proper use of uniforms and assigned equipment * Guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of security services * Train, coach, and develop security personnel (guards) **Competencies** ---------------- * Teamwork * Personnel management skills * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Optimal resource management * Attention to detail and customer service **We Offer** ------------- * Base salary: $14,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * Minor medical expense insurance * Work location: Naucalpan (Lomas Verdes)
