Main Responsibilities Coordinate and execute internal events (training sessions, team-building activities, institutional workshops). Deliver and/or coordinate training sessions. Manage administrative processes within the Human Resources department. Maintain inventory control and tracking related to personnel services. Support implementation of occupational wellness strategies. Follow up on internal employee requests. Prepare administrative reports and controls. Supervise compliance with internal processes. Promote a service-oriented culture and continuous improvement. Requirements Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development. Proven experience in training delivery and group facilitation. Experience coordinating internal events.
