**Unilever is hiring a Performance Lead B\&W** =================================================== **Role:** Performance Lead B\&W **Scope**: Total B\&W **Location**: Bosques **Terms \& Conditions**: Full time\- Hybrid (3 days in office per week). No national or international relocation bonus applies. **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** Drive sustainable business growth by **consolidating and translating commercial performance** into actionable insights and recommendations for the region. This role ensures **flawless performance governance across Mexico, LATAM, and global teams**, enabling data-driven strategic decisions. As the owner of holistic market understanding, this position **guarantees continuous monitoring of shares, distribution, and forecast**, links external trends to the P\&L, and **triggers Net Revenue Management opportunities** that maximize value and profitability. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\.\- Owner of performance relationship with LATAM and Global teams 2\.\- Weekly tracking of shares and distribution 3\.\- Triangulation of market FCST with P\&L 4\.\- Ensure end-to-end tracking of innovations across all dimensions 5\.\- Net Revenue Management to identify opportunities within the BU 6\.\- Tracking of shares with customers via their platforms (Scintilla and Dunnhumby) **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance roles and 2 years in NRM within FMCG * Knowledge of channels (Modern Trade and Self-Service Retail) * Understanding of P\&L * Data analytics * Advanced Excel * Data analysis and abstraction capability * Data Literacy * Drive, anticipation of issues, and agility * Business \& Financial Acumen * Intermediate\-Advanced English **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Nielsen knowledge Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
