At **dentsu**, we seek a **Performance Executive** responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of Performance Marketing campaigns. This role actively contributes to data analysis, report generation, and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns meet efficiency, conversion, and performance objectives. It is a key role in ensuring the proper operation of the account portfolio and delivering initial insights to drive continuous improvement of digital strategies. **Responsibilities:** * Execute day-to-day activities related to digital campaign operations. * Review, analyze, and manage campaign performance to ensure KPI attainment. * Monitor pacing, QA, tag validation, and correct platform implementation. * Generate performance reports and support the team with preliminary analysis and insights on campaign trends and variations. * Coordinate with vendors and platform representatives to stay updated on new features, betas, and best practices. * Support ongoing campaign optimization on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, or others as required by the client. * Support the team in campaign planning and in developing data-driven strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital media, performance marketing, data analysis, or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager (desirable). * Proficiency in Excel. * Understanding of digital performance metrics: CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc. * Familiarity with campaign analytics and tracking tools. * Desirable: basic knowledge of tagging, tracking, UTMs, and campaign QA.
