The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for accurately and timely processing payroll for all employees. This role will ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Process payroll for multiple cycles accurately and on time, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
* Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy of deductions and contributions.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll setup, final pay calculations, and benefits exit procedures.
* Support HR administrative tasks by maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with HR-related inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll and labor laws, as well as the company’s HR compliance standards.
* Utilize and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for payroll and employee data management.
* Foster positive employee relations through clear communication regarding payroll and benefits.
* Provide hiring support as needed, assisting with pre-employment checks and payroll-related paperwork for new hires.
* Prepare and submit various payroll-related reports, including tax filings and internal audits.
* Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

**Requirements**
* Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably weekly and bi-weekly.
* Experience with social security/IMSS reconciliations.
* Solid knowledge of benefits administration principles and practices.
* Familiarity with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Experience with HR information systems: **SAP, ERP: Workday, Tress**
* Understanding of HR regulatory compliance and relevant labor legislation.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially **Excel**.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Spanish and English fluency (written and spoken) required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
