Join the Finance team **Payroll Analyst \| Mexico City** At **Plenna**, we are an expanding gynecological clinic healthtech company. We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and payroll processing experience to join our **Finance** team. **What You’ll Do:** * Process biweekly and monthly payroll * Manage payroll incidents (absences, vacations, medical leaves, variable components) * Calculate severance payments and final settlements * Manage employee-related transactions with IMSS * Generate payroll CFDI receipts * Address and clarify payroll-related questions from employees * Reconcile payroll and incident records **What We’re Looking For:** * 2–3 years of payroll processing experience * Knowledge of ISR (Income Tax), IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), SBC (Base Salary for Contributions), CFDI (Digital Fiscal Receipts), and LFT (Federal Labor Law) * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Experience with NOI, Aspel, SAP, or similar payroll systems is desirable * Knowledge of REPSE (Specialized Labor and Tax Compliance Regime) is desirable * Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail We are a growing healthtech company with a dynamic environment and ample opportunity to propose ideas and contribute to building our future. **If interested, apply via Indeed or send your updated CV to 55 1469 4166** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected gross monthly salary?
