A renowned Mexican grill restaurant with 15 years of popularity among diners is seeking: **GRILL COOK** Requirements: * Prior experience as a grill cook, taquero, or in a hot kitchen. * Knowledge of grill operation, charcoal, or gas. * Responsible, organized, and quality-oriented attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to rotate shifts. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook meat and other items on the grill according to restaurant standards. * Ensure proper cooking, correct portioning, and excellent presentation. * Keep workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Monitor food temperatures, cooking times, and quality. * Assist in preparing ingredients for service. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient service.
