Job Summary: Oversee the packaging process, plan production, and ensure compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead teams and ensure quality in the packaging process. 2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. 3. Identify improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity. **Manage and supervise the product packaging process, as well as production planning, coordination with the packaging team, compliance with quality standards, maintenance of material inventories, and assurance of operational efficiency.** * Lead and supervise packaging team activities to ensure efficiency and quality in the process. * Ensure sufficient materials are available and used effectively during production. * Guarantee adherence to packaging procedures and standards to meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Train staff on appropriate packaging techniques and ensure they are aware of established procedures and standards. * Monitor packaging material inventory levels and request additional supplies as needed. * Collaborate closely with other departments—such as production, logistics, and quality control—to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow across the entire supply chain. * Identify opportunities to improve packaging process efficiency, reduce waste and costs, and increase productivity. * 8.
