Here, you’ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.** **Making animals’ lives better makes life better – join our team today!** **Responsibilities, Duties, Activities:** Support the Line Coordinator, Operator, Formulator, and/or Line Substitute in general activities required for product manufacturing, performing such activities in accordance with applicable instructions, protocols, procedures, standards, and/or policies to ensure appropriate Safety and Quality conditions, as well as adherence to standard timeframes. These activities include the following: * Support weighing and loading of raw materials under the supervision of the Formulator. * Support primary and secondary packaging activities under the supervision of the Operator or Line Substitute. * Operate, ensure integrity of, and maintain cleanliness of basic production equipment, e.g., batch mixers, scales, and strapping machines. * Operate hydraulic and/or electric pallet jacks for pallet movement within the production area, ensuring facility integrity. * Support inventory tracking, receipt, and/or return of raw materials and/or packaging materials. * Perform manual tasks for product packaging, stacking, stretch-wrapping, etc. * Execute and verify controls for filling and secondary packaging processes. * Execute and maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Perform required cleaning activities for manufacturing equipment. * Actively participate in performance dialogues, reporting and following up on Quality, Performance (volume, OEE), HSE, and OE indicators directly impacting the production area. * Report unsafe acts and/or conditions; report deviations. * Perform and ensure proper identification and segregation of waste generated in Production areas. * Participate in Quality and HSE evaluations and investigations, such as Deviations, Out-of-Specification (OoS), AST, A3, and A4, root cause analysis, involving personnel from the Production line. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to maintain regulatory compliance and ensure product quality and personnel safety.
