Dicka Logistics, a company with 15 years of experience in logistics and warehousing, is seeking: **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **Objective:** Coordinate the work of assigned personnel, ensure accurate, timely, and compliant picking, safeguarding, and delivery of goods according to client and company policies. Maintain the integrity of inventory, personnel, facilities, and equipment under supervision through appropriate inventory control, safety, housekeeping, and cleanliness practices. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise CEDIS operations (receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping) to ensure they are conducted properly, safely, and in accordance with client and company procedures. * Ensure inventory movements are recorded electronically in real time and that the cycle counting program is executed accurately and on schedule to guarantee consistency between physical inventory and system records. * Report performance indicators for operational and personnel evaluation. Develop and monitor action plans to eliminate process deviations. * Actively participate in communication processes to ensure timely and appropriate information flow across all levels (with direct reports, other supervisors, and immediate supervisor). * Maintain personnel discipline and verify compliance with company policies and regulations. * Supervise the proper implementation of facility maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning programs. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Completed bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. * Knowledge of SAP and WMS systems. * Availability to rotate shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night). * Minimum 1 year of experience as Operations Supervisor in a CEDIS or warehouse (logistics). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Food vouchers (10%). * Annual bonus (15 days’ salary).
