Position Summary: Plan and supervise private security operations, ensuring service delivery, personnel management, and protocol adherence to achieve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Training and evaluation of personnel in security and operations. OBJECTIVE To plan, coordinate, and supervise private security operations, guaranteeing fulfillment of contracted services, proper management of operational personnel, and strict adherence to established security protocols, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. * Coordinate the daily operation of assigned security services. * Supervise the performance of operational personnel (guards and supervisors). * Ensure compliance with instructions, procedures, and security protocols. * Develop and manage shift schedules, coverage plans, and staff replacements. * Address operational incidents and follow up on reports. * Conduct periodic site visits for auditing and control purposes. * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure service quality. * Train and evaluate personnel on security and operational topics. * Coordinate implementation of new services. * Prepare operational reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and incident analyses. * Manage material resources (uniforms, equipment, etc.). * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Administration, Security, Criminology, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–3 years in similar positions within private security companies. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in operating both automatic and standard transmission vehicles. * Experience in client-facing roles.
