Field problem-solving A company in the Waste Collection and Transportation industry in Escobedo, N.L. is seeking: Fleet Operations Coordinator. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Tracking and resolution of mechanical failures**: Field work. Purchasing of spare parts, coordination with mechanics, handling mechanical incidents en route (local, within metropolitan area). * **Fleet and equipment maintenance tracking**: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of collection trucks, hoppers, containers, and other necessary equipment through coordination with workshops and mechanics. * **Tracking of supplies and consumables**: Responsible for maintaining availability of supplies, consumables, and spare parts for operations. * **Tracking of operational indicators**: Tire inspection, diesel control, mileage control, etc. * **Operational staff tracking**: Ensure compliance with vehicle inspection checklists, vehicle cleaning, and base cleaning. * **Fleet security assurance**: Ensure security procedures and protocols at the base. **SKILLS** * Teamwork and sense of urgency. * Field problem-solving * Management of external workshops and mechanics * Demonstrable proficiency in monitoring platforms * Intermediate-level Office skills (Excel, Word) **WE OFFER** * Direct employment with the company * Growth, development, and stability opportunity * Full-time, indefinite contract * Fixed shift * Uniform * Mobile device * Utility vehicle during working hours * Job stability * Monday to Saturday schedule Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
