




**Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the assigned area, ensuring work zones remain efficient, safe, and compliant with established standards, as well as manage staff transfer and allocation to fulfill tasks. **Key Responsibilities** * Directly supervise assigned work zones, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. * Coordinate and carry out staff transfers according to demand across various departments. * Monitor productivity and performance of supervised personnel, implementing corrective measures when necessary. * Report incidents, operational issues, or personnel-related concerns to management. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in supervised areas. * Support training and orientation of operational staff. **Requirements** * Valid driver’s license. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience supervising operational staff or logistics personnel. * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Availability for internal transfers within the operation. **Offer** * Base salary of MXN $10,000 per month. * Productivity bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Ongoing training and a safe working environment.
