A leading security company is seeking an Operational Supervisor with experience in private security, responsible, with leadership skills and a service-oriented attitude, to coordinate and supervise operational staff across various services within the city of Querétaro. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with instructions, discipline, and performance of personnel under their supervision, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and proper service operations. **·Main Responsibilities** Supervise and coordinate teams of 50 to 100 security personnel. Verify compliance with instructions and logbooks across different services. Conduct patrols, incident reports, and attendance control (shifts). Address client requests and reports with a service-focused attitude. Evaluate personnel performance and implement corrective measures when necessary. Support conflict resolution and ensure effective communication between parties. Coordinate service coverage, replacements, and support during special events. Ensure compliance with company-established security standards. **Requirements** Proven experience as a security supervisor or coordinator (minimum 2 years). Experience managing operational personnel (50–100 individuals). Strong leadership and effective communication skills. Familiarity with the city of Querétaro (routes, locations, industrial zones). Valid driver's license and ability to operate standard vehicles. Flexible availability and service-oriented attitude. Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
