This position is critical within the organization, as you will be fully responsible for comprehensive management of the operations department, ensuring each area functions efficiently and aligns with company objectives. We seek a proactive individual with decision-making capability and communication skills who inspires their team and delivers outstanding results. This role requires strong leadership, organizational vision, and passion for maintaining the highest standards of security and service. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise **operational coordinators** and **security supervisors**, ensuring staff comply with security instructions and protocols. * Plan and organize security services across various clients and locations. * Verify compliance with private security instructions and internal protocols. * Address incidents and provide prompt, effective solutions. * Serve as the direct liaison with clients, ensuring quality and satisfaction. * Prepare operational reports and follow up on continuous improvement. * **Attend company meetings**, providing key operational information and proposing improvements. * **Drive vehicles** for service supervision and transportation. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Age: **30 to 55 years** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Criminology, Criminalistics, Public Security, or other fields directly related to private security. * Important: Candidates must have academic training in security-related disciplines; unrelated degrees (e.g., Law, Accounting, or similar) do not qualify for this vacancy. * Minimum **1 year of experience as an Operational Manager in private security** * **Verifiable experience (mandatory)** * In-depth knowledge of **private security instructions and protocols** * Strong leadership, ability to direct teams and make decisions * High frustration tolerance and conflict resolution capability * **Must possess valid driving skills.** * **Valid driver’s license (driving test conducted during interview process)** * Punctuality, responsibility, and proactive attitude **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM** **Benefits** * **Gross salary: $15,000 monthly** * **Productivity bonus: additional $3,000 monthly** * Statutory benefits from day one * Biweekly timely payment **How to Apply** * WhatsApp or phone call: * **722 893 3809** * **722 114 3689** Salary: Up to $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
