We operate across much of the Mexican Republic. We are seeking: **Operational Cleaning Supervisor** **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the correct execution of cleaning activities at assigned facilities, guaranteeing quality, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic proficiency in Excel, Drive, and email. * Knowledge of: cleaning procedures, project administration, operational planning, information gathering, and operation of cleaning machinery and equipment. * Willingness to travel to various service locations within CDMX and the State of Mexico for supervision purposes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff (shift supervisors and cleaning personnel). * Verify staff attendance and manage attendance-related incidents. * Prepare preliminary payroll documentation. * Report staff departures and manage the opening of vacancies for services. * Plan, implement, and monitor operations for assigned services. * Manage necessary human and material resources for operations. * Prepare and manage orders for required materials and supplies. * Address operational incidents and ensure uninterrupted service delivery. * Train operational staff, communicate work procedures, and verify task completion. * Respond to customer requests and develop action plans to meet service needs.
