Schedule * Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. At TMKT3, we seek organized individuals with a positive attitude to support operational coordination and field staff tracking. We use digital tools, route monitoring, and daily activity tracking to ensure service delivery across various sales points. Main responsibilities * Track staff attendance and punctuality * Monitor routes and daily activities * Validate records in the app * Handle and follow up on incidents * Provide administrative and operational support * Communicate with supervisors and field staff Requirements * Experience in administrative, operations, logistics, or coordination roles * Basic computer and Excel skills * Ability to organize tasks and follow up effectively * Strong communication skills * Responsible and punctual * Prior experience working with operational or field staff is preferred We value experience in: * GPS monitoring * Logistics * Route coordination * Control center operations * Operational support * Retail or promotion activities We offer * Competitive salary * Job stability * Training * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
